
Yoga & Pilates Classes
We offer Group Yoga & Pilates Classes and 1-to-1 Yoga & Pilates sessions to all ages and abilities.
Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you. We believe that your fitness and health is not just about working out, it's about finding your inner strength and achieving a balanced mind and body. Our small boutique classes give you plenty of individual attention and offer a calm and relaxing alternative to classes at the gym, as spaces are strictly limited.
Book Your Class and see for yourself. All our classes are booked half termly as a 5 or 6 week course. We do not offer drop in classes.

All our classes are booked half termly as a 5 or 6 week course. Investment £13.00 per class.
Our women only 1 to 1 Yoga & Pilates sessions are £60.00 per hour session.
