NEW CLASS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS In Person Pilates - Mixed Ability 5 week course. Pilates is a great way to get back your fitness. Beginners are welcome. Mixed Ability Pilates - In Person Course. Wednesdays 7pm at Kingsley Centre, Main Road, Kingsley, Bordon GU35 9ND Super excited that Wednesday evening Pilates is back at Kingsley!  It will be a mixed ability class using small equipment and mat work. A small class in the meadows room so we can watch the sun set as we practice. Limited numbers so early booking advised. Well behaved Pre-teens and Teens welcome to join with a parent to my Tuesday & Wednesday evening classes. You will need to bring with you to class: - A non slip yoga mat - Small towel - A small Pilates ball 23cm soft ball. - Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Spaces are strictly limited. Cancellation Policy

To keep it fair for all clients and teachers we have a strict booking policy. Note that we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. All classes are booked on a first come first serve basis. If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list at the bookings checkout. If you are added to a waiting list for a class and a space opens up, you will automatically notified by email of the class availability. In this case you will have 1 hr to book your place before class is offered to the next person on the waiting list. If you can not attend your booking, please cancel and reschedule via "my booking" in your member area. This will allow others to book in your place.
